In order to change the life style of high dependence on private vehicles and improve the quality of life in Kozoji New Town of Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture, we conduct social experiments of the mobility hubs which will serve as nodes for local mobility services and provide information and opportunities on various activities. The mobility hubs installed at railway stations and facilities such as shopping malls and hospitals are linked to MaaS apps, which are expected to promote the use of existing bus services and newly introduced sharing services of taxi and bicycles. Through several social experiments, we aim to establish a data-driven scheme to improve mobility service continuously and a sustainable business model.
